An international organization is seeking an HR Intern to support its Human Resources team in Rwanda. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience in HR operations, administration, and best practices—ideal for recent graduates or young professionals eager to launch a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
• Assist in preparing and delivering weekly HR reports
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Organize HR documentation using digital tools (e.g., SharePoint)

Qualifications:
