A multinational company with a growing presence in Tanzania is seeking a Lawyer to join its office in Dodoma. The role focuses on corporate, contractual, and compliance matters, with opportunities to work across diverse legal areas in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle corporate legal work: incorporation, liquidation, changes in company structure, and shareholder matters.
• Manage government and local authority relations, including drafting letters, securing permits, and attending official meetings.
• Provide legal consultations on labor law, intellectual property, advertising, and data protection.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
• Represent the company in court hearings and trials where necessary.

Candidate Profile
• Law degree (LLB) with at least 2 years of professional legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil, corporate, and contract law.
• Experience with court proceedings and contract management.
• Knowledge of passenger transportation legislation is an asset.
• Fluent in English (B2/C1), both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Position Details
