Sokoni Africa Limited is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Waiters to join our team; preferably having experience in a fine dining restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Your interactions with guests will make a significant impact on their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
• Present menus and provide information about specials and menu items
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set for the next guests
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude and a desire to provide great service
