A leading organization in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Supply Chain Director, based in Bujumbura, Burundi. This strategic leadership role will oversee procurement, logistics, and warehousing, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with donor and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies in line with donor and company goals.
• Lead procurement, logistics, warehousing, fleet, and inventory operations.
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations (including World Bank frameworks) and local laws.
• Drive ERP adoption, supplier governance, and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, reporting to management and donors.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing supply chain teams.
• Strengthen risk management and internal controls.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of senior supply chain experience, including 5 years in managerial roles within donor-funded or public infrastructure projects.
• Strong international or regional exposure.
• Language: Advanced English required; basic French essential; Kirundi an advantage.
