A leading international NGO dedicated to children’s rights and welfare is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to strengthen its HR team. Reporting to the HR Director, this role supports recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR systems management, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage application sorting, interview scheduling, reference checks, vetting, and staff induction processes.
• HR Administration: Maintain staff files, recruitment records, induction trackers, and support audit requirements.
• Systems & Reporting: Support HRIS maintenance, run HR reports, and assist with monthly timesheet submissions.
• Finance Support: Prepare payment requests and follow up with finance on invoice settlements.
• Safeguarding & Compliance: Uphold child safeguarding policies, integrity standards, and equal opportunity principles.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree or Higher Diploma in HR or Business Administration.
• Prior experience in HR administration, especially recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word); HRIS knowledge is an advantage.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to manage demanding workloads.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and alignment with organizational values.
