Logistic supervisor
 Supervise the daily logistics activities. and provide maintenance to the PRODEFI
equipments, facilities and infrastructures, according to protocols in order to maintain the
facilities in perfect conditions and collaborate in the development of the mission
 Monitor maintenance activities of infrastructures, management of non-medical stocks and
equipment according to PRODEFI standards.
 Ensure the check and follow-up of facilities under the line manager supervision.
- Carrying out daily visits to the facilities, reporting any anomalies or problems to the
line manager.
- Evaluating rehabilitation needs and following up minor building rehabilitation work
in accordance with instructions given by his supervisor, and accounting to him/her on
progress
 Coordinate and lead the logistics team under his/her responsibility, in particular:
- Defining each person’s tasks, supervising them on a daily basis and checking the
quality of their work (punctuality, rigour, quality, etc.).
- Drawing up working schedules for logistics teams for each department or facility.
- Organising and leading meetings of the team under his supervision.
- Participating in the recruitment of personnel for his team.
- Attending logistics meetings and accounting for his activities.
 Manage and follow up orders, namely
- Collect logistics orders coming from different departments or health facilities,
- Draw up and follow up orders according to the procedures in force.
- Provide technical support to the storekeeper

Tasks:
 Carry out administrative secretarial activities (correspondence, telephone, drafting of
minutes, documents, mail, photocopies ...) in accordance with the supervisor's
instructions and MSF standards and protocols to ensure effective administrative support
to the staff of the MSF office.
 Assist the HR assistant and Administrator to prepare payroll and during recruitment.
 Manage the daily worker follow up ( collection of time sheet, recording, payment sheet
preparation)
 Prepare and archive official certificates and other HR documents if necessary to facilitate
the recruitment process.
 Write and / or verify official letters, reports and other documents relating to the mission
 Organize and confirm appointments, keep an up-to-date log of absences, meetings and
vacations.
 Keep a call register (incoming and outgoing), communicate to the people concerned the
calls received in their absence.
 Take and prepare minutes of meetings.
 Manage all incoming / outgoing mail / parcels / faxes, and ensure their proper registration
and correct distribution to internal or external recipients.
 Manage office supplies inventory and place orders on time to avoid running out.
 Supervise the printing of copies and the binding of documents.
 If the receptionist is away, greet guests and visitors, making sure everything are clean and
in good repair in the reception area.
 Inform supervisors in the event of an incident/problem.
 Help organize internal and external events (meetings, presentations, etc.), send invitations
 Write official documents (job offer, invitation, etc.)
 Perform administrative and human resources tasks on request
